LECTURE SERIES
"INSIDE THE CREATIVE MIND"
In a completely new artistic endeavor and continuing from January through April is MAC’s Lecture Series “Inside the Creative Mind” presented at Maricopa Public Library. Each one-hour lecture will be given by a skilled practitioner of a particular art form and will be including examples of artistic works in audio and video.
Lectures are held on the final Thursday of the month from 5:30 – 7:00 PM . They are free and open to the public, but seating is limited. The first two lectures and their presenters are:
January 30th
“Conceptualizing for the Theatre”
Carrie Vargas, Founder- Director of Maricopa Community Theatre and Danielle Crosbie, writer and director
February 27th
“Inside the Mind’s Ear”
John Janzen, Founder and Artistic Director, Maricopa Chorus
